Following on from the release of their fourth album, “Wet From Birth”, Omaha, Nebraska natives The Faint make their first trip to Australia in January 2005.

Mashing danceable beats with seedy analogue synth sounds, drum sequencers, vocal distortion & a punk rock kick The Faint have set themselves apart from the current wave of new-new wave acts by weaving multi-layered songs throbbing with intelligence & intensity.

A lot has changed for The Faint since 2001, when they released their third album, “Danse Macarbe”, with the band moving from underground secret to touring with No Doubt & being tirelessly pursued by major labels. But one thing has remained constant – their ability to systematically knock show goers flat city after city… finally it’s our turn!
